Doggy Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Who provides Doggy
Doggy is provided by Alestan Alves. For support or questions about these terms, contact contato@ackercode.com.
These terms explain the use of Doggy and its paid features. The app distributed through the App Store is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). This document provides additional service information; it does not replace that license or establish a custom iOS EULA.
2. What the app does
Doggy combines a focus and break timer with illustrated dogs, rooms, ambient sounds, and progress tracking. You can use the timer and free features without creating an account or purchasing Pro.
The app is a personal organization tool. It does not promise a particular productivity outcome or replace healthcare. System features, including notifications, Screen Time, and Live Activities, depend on your device, operating system, and permissions.
3. Doggy Pro and plans
Pro unlocks the benefits listed on the app's offer screen, such as additional customization, sound mixing, reports, and extra rewards. Some items still require coins earned in the app or achievements, including for subscribers.
Available plans may include:
- Monthly: a subscription with a one-month billing period.
- Quarterly: a subscription with a three-month billing period.
- Annual: a subscription with a one-year billing period.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or scheduled expiry date for Pro access.
Plans provide the same Pro benefits; the payment arrangement and access duration differ. Lifetime does not promise perpetual operation on every future device or operating system, or include separate services outside Doggy Pro. This limitation does not reduce your rights concerning the product you purchased.
The total price, currency, and billing period appear before you confirm the purchase with the store. Prices may vary by country and store. A free trial is not guaranteed: a promotion applies only when offered for your purchase, subject to its stated terms and eligibility.
4. Payment and renewal
iPhone purchases are processed by the App Store and charged to the Apple Account used at confirmation. Doggy uses RevenueCat to verify Pro access; it does not receive your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the next period begins; cancel in advance to avoid a new charge. The store notifies you of price changes and requests consent when required. See the Apple Media Services terms for your country.
5. Manage, cancel, and restore
In Doggy, the Pro icon opens plan management when you have active access. For Apple purchases, you can also open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doggy. Apple's cancellation guide explains this process.
Canceling renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends, as reported by the store. The store confirmation determines when a plan change takes effect and whether a billing adjustment applies. Lifetime has no recurring subscription to cancel.
Deleting the app or any Doggy account does not cancel a store subscription. You must cancel renewal separately.
Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase to recover eligible access. Restoring Pro does not automatically recover sessions, tasks, coins, or decorations stored only on your device. Refunds, revocations, or expiration may affect access according to verified store information.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
For an Apple purchase, you can request a refund from Apple, which reviews the request under applicable rules. You may also contact us using the details above for help.
These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective products, or other mandatory rights under the laws of your country. They do not require you to waive those rights.
7. Distraction blocking and permissions
Blocking is optional and requires iOS Screen Time authorization. You choose whether to enable it and can change the mode in Doggy settings or revoke permission in system settings. Declining permission does not prevent you from using the timer.
iOS controls enforcement of restrictions. Some system apps may remain available, and permissions, restarts, or system failures can affect blocking. This feature helps reduce distractions but does not guarantee complete blocking or uninterrupted operation. Session restrictions are scheduled to end with the session and are removed when you stop focus in the app.
8. Progress, gifts, and local data
In the current version, progress is stored on your device. A Doggy account is not required, and Doggy account or cloud synchronization is not enabled in this version. Any future availability of these features will be explained in the app before you use them.
Deleting data or uninstalling the app may remove local progress. Backups you export are under your control; purchasing Pro does not provide a backup service. The Privacy Policy explains the app's data use and your available controls.
Gifts, coins, and decorations are virtual customization features. Coins are earned by using the app, are not sold for money in this version, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between users. The app explains how each item is earned and used.
9. Appropriate use and content
Use Doggy lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use the app to commit purchase fraud, access another person's data, or compromise service security. You retain your rights in the text and tasks you enter. Doggy illustrations, sounds, branding, and other content belong to their respective owners; using the app does not transfer ownership.
If you are a minor, involve your parent or guardian when required to accept terms or authorize purchases under applicable law and store rules.
10. Updates and contact
We may update the app and these terms to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. We will publish the updated terms with their date and communicate significant changes through available channels, requesting renewed agreement when necessary. Changes do not remove rights already acquired or mandatory consumer rights.
