When contacting us, include your Doggy version, iOS version and what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or personal tasks.
I purchased Pro, but features are still locked
Open Doggy Pro and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Check your internet connection. Restoring Pro recovers eligible purchases, not progress stored only on another device. Contact us if the issue continues.
I want to change or cancel my plan
Tap the Pro icon to manage your plan. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doggy. Apple confirms changes and cancellation. Deleting Doggy does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase without renewal.

Distraction blocking did not work
Open Settings → Block distractions in Doggy and check the selected mode and Screen Time authorization. Protection applies during focus sessions, and some essential iOS apps remain available. You can also use the timer without blocking.
If a problem persists, before toggling the option, choose Share blocking diagnostics and send the report to support. It includes technical state without selected app names or task text. Tell us whether the timer started and what you expected.
I want to erase my data
Use Settings → Account and sync → Erase all my data. In the initial release, progress and tasks stay on your device without accounts or synchronization enabled. This resets profile progress and removes local backups; some auxiliary settings, such as language, may remain. Delete previously exported files, images and items at their destinations. Apple purchases and subscriptions are managed separately.

Is my progress synchronized?
The initial iOS release does not provide progress synchronization. You can create and export backups in Settings. Keep copies somewhere you trust; they can contain tasks and intentions.
